Kelsey Asbille Chow has been an American actor for more than a decade. She rose to fame for her performance as a Disney XD actor in the sitcom "Pair of Kings". Barbara was recently an actor in George Lopez's Army Wives TV Show, took part of Sabrina the Teenage Witch's upcoming national tour, and was a part of Neil Simon's female rendition of The Odd Couple. Barbara played in Social Security at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri, that ran for the full month in Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
