Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actress who became famous in the 90s as the girlfriend of Hugh Grant, is a former English model. In the 1990s, when Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral was the focus of worldwide media attention, Hurley accompanied Grant to its Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace gown with gold safety pins. This instantly gained the attention of media. Her association in the company of Estee Lauder has been the highlight of Hurley's career. It offered Hurley her modeling opportunity at the age of 29. They have used as models for their products, particularly perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures since 1995. Vanessa Kensington was her most well-known part in Mike Myers hit spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999). Hurley is now a model and the designer of the eponymous Beachwear Line. Perry's initial efforts at fame in the mainstream were unsuccessful, with two separate record labels signing but then removing her prior to any material was released. Capitol Records did release Perry's Ur So Gay, which garnered modest attention in 2007 for its cheerfully joking title. Perry made more of a splash in the following months with her track I kissed a Girl an assertive ode to sexual desire backed by a hard-edged electronic-pop beat. I Kissed a Girls was immediately a hit but the song quickly caused controversy. Critics argued that it promoted same-sex sexual relations while others said the scenario that depicted in it attracted more male fantasies. I Kissed a Girl was a smash hit for Perry's debut album One of the Boys in 2008 due to the mix of sexual enthusiasm and polished music. Hot N Cold is a popular second track. Perry also wrote a large portion of the lyrics on the album.
